New fencing at the bottom station is now completed.

The Easter Weekend the Heritage Weekend, the Tour de Yorkshire and the Dragon Boat Race weekends were great weekends for the Tramway.

At the end of May 2017, work began on replacing the roofs of the Trams. Because of the adverse weather the blue tram is still waiting for its new roof but the red one has been finished.

Our museum is now open when the Tramway is open.

The displays have been reprinted and remounted and should continue to grow for some time. A Video of special times in the Tramways history is showing.

The new bearings on the drive system at the top station, have now been fitted and all is running well.

But could do with more support.

Richard Freeman, Treasurer.
