Book Here for Santa's Special 2023
This year our Santa Specials will follow last years format which proved very sucsessful. Admission will only be by a pre-booked timed ticket. As a result of this, there were no queues meaning no children throwing wobblies and frustrated adults.
Tickets to see Santa are £10.00 per child which includes a return ride and a present from Santa. Adults with children will be our usual price of £2.50.
You can only book two children and four adults into one timeslot.
Tickets will only be available online and cannot be bought on the day, so don’t just come along as you will be disappointed. This is to minimize delays.
Please don’t arrive too early as you may have to wait.
Entrance for the Santa experience will be at the BOTTOM STATION only.

Please be careful to book the correct time and date for your visit. We are unable to issue refunds, unless in extreme circumstances.
Each booked slot is for two children and adults. If you need more children then you can book a follow-on slot, remember this will need to include one adult. This is to ensure a steady flow through the grotto.
If you don't receive a receipt within about 10 minutes of your booking then please check junk mail/spam.
You don't need to book for normal rides on the tramway as these will be available as usual but may be subject to delays as Santa visits will take precedence.
