Santa booking is going well. Book soon so you don't miss out!
This year our Santa Specials will follow last years format which proved very sucsessful. Admission will only be by a pre-booked timed ticket. As a result of this, there were no queues meaning no children throwing wobblies and frustrated adults.
Tickets to see Santa are £12.00 per child which includes a return ride and a present from Santa. Adults with children will be our usual price of £2.50.
You can only book six people into one slot; eg 4 child + 2 adult or 2 child and 4 adults into one timeslot.
Tickets will only be available online and cannot be bought on the day, so don’t just come along as you will be disappointed. This is to minimize delays.
Please don’t arrive too early as you may have to wait.
Entrance for the Santa experience will be at the BOTTOM STATION only.

Click on your selected day and choose a time. Secure payment by credit card only.
Please be careful to book the correct time and date for your visit. We are unable to issue refunds, or time changes or add people unless in extreme circumstances.
We can only accommodate children up to 10years on their visit. Don't book for children over 10 as these will not be counted.
If you need more children then you can book a follow-on slot, remember this will need to include one adult. This is to ensure a steady flow through the grotto.
If perchance you find you need additional adult tickets, these can be purchased on the day.
If you don't receive a receipt within about 10 minutes of booking, please check junk mail or spam.
You don't need to book for normal rides on the tramway as these will be available as usual but may be subject to delays as Santa visits will take precedence.
